Future plans, in particular order:
- rewrite Dockerfile as multistage and create a lean, binary only, image
- add HEALTHCHECK
- add grafana to docker-compose.yml

Yes, make sure you use the same .config folder. Either move it one level down, so it is next to docker-compose.yml or create a symlink. Makes sense?
