Improved my macro nutrients calculator in rust. I can now say there is more research behind the formulas used, whereas before they were really simplified from a YT vid. Added also BMR + TDEE calculations for more info. I would like to add more stuff but don't know what. Maybe data persistence? any idea is welcomed
