Edible scales "Tyumen" served in a St. Petersburg coffee shop Inside the Tyumen scales there is an apple center, apple mousse with cinnamon and almond sponge cake. Confectioners claim that the composition is gluten, sugar and lactose free. 😃 If you have to try it or have already tried it, please let me know.😀 😀
