Finished Theodor Storm‘s ‚Der Schimmelreiter‘ (The Rider on the White Horse) - a dike ghost story from 1888. Set in Northern Frisia in the 18th century, building a modern dike to win new land from the sea will be the life‘s work and downfall of the rider. The devil requests his due.
