GM Payback time takes time; the cycle of regeneration can take years. You will need to sit with the pain and nurture the emotions and needs you did not process. Stopping or denying this will just stagnate and slow the process or break you down over more. Allow for restoration and regrowth. Allow what needs to break and trust the process. Create time and space to heal.
