Just snapped a pic of my monitor showing a -50% trade. Could've used a screenshot, but that's not how we do it here. Real traders show real losses. Staying humble kept me from rage trading and making it worse. Sometimes the best trade is no trade at all. When stress hits, I just take a phone pic, share it with the community, and reset my mind.
