Dogs are way more work. They’re loud. They smell. They have to be walked.

Don’t get me wrong, I like dogs. I just don’t want to own one.

Yep that’s basically my reasoning. Dogs are a job. Cats pretty much take care of themselves. But mine are very cool. We found them both as kittens so they are imprinted on me. They sleep on my chest and follow me everywhere

Both are cool anyway. And I understand your stand about owning dogs. I've got 7 of them, Atlas just joined the gang recently. 

And I can tell you, half of the morning goes to them. Cats can literally take care of their shits, just companionship, but dogs need all the training even to use the restroom.

A reasonable reason. 

In my religion it is not allowed to touch dogs.

Cats are not too much trouble. I like cats. But I don't keep them.
