As a channel owner, you should be prepared to help members solve technical issues with Warpcast. People will look to you for support and leadership when they are having a problem. I can’t tell you how much ‘general tech support’ I help people with. A LOT. But doing stuff like this is a great way to add value to your community.

Haha definitely frustrating but if you have a voice here, you can get shit fixed. Example: I have helped probably 10 people get their video casting privileges restored just by using my extra reach to ask the right person.

I barely know how to work this thing as is. It’s like the blind leading the blind. You should have seen the conversations between the mods and I about getting modbot set up. We think we got the cool off feature set up properly now.
