I once noticed something like this with crawler bots on website analytics. But never stood still at itβs implications.

Exactly. A competent SEO will know how to cull bots from their traffic profile, and browser configs reveal a lot about the agent.

Also used to identify if someone is trying to sell a bunk website with fake traffic. Used to be big business.

so, like, they just share their Analytics profile or whatever and you refactor the traffic to omit bots crushing its value prop? heh, fun.
