In another universe, Jacek kept allowances low, lower even than this, and scaled it /up/ gradually instead of /down/ suddenly. I wonder how the free value would feel then. Still trivial for some, but... apologetically bad? Nah. Prolly not.

Yeah definitely fascinating. In that same thought, would $DEGEN have been as popular if it hadn’t had such large emissions early on?

Wish I had found FC before I did so I could have gotten in on some of that early action, but I’m confident the best is still ahead for degen and FC. Kind of banking on it 🤷‍♂️

Counter: popular, but with a different crowd. We got a lot of shitty CT diaspora early on: backrow influencers, grifters and opportunistic predators (ansem, mevcollector, etc). Probably net good but would be fun to run it over without their... help.
