What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded?

I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO.

Conservatism. In my country, where we are colonized by spain, japan, and america. We've learned the hard way, different culture spur but the one thing I hate the most is conservatism. Maybe it's good for moral etiquette but some are needed to change.

What do you mean by conservatism? It has much different meanings depending on who you ask.

Actually a lesson that I learned from my wife when we were just friends

Conservative. Women should not dress with (sorry for the term) slutty clothing. Men should not have tattoos on them.
