I would most definitely agree with this. It’s actually hard work. There are so many nights that I want to crap out and put it all away but I know right now is like an integral part of the journey, so I don’t. 

Hoping I can work hard now to build something that evolves into a community that kinda admins itself with some gentle direction from me.
