Kitten update:

They’re still doing great. Putting on weight, healthy, only cry when they’re getting moved around by mom. 

Mom is doing awesome. Eating like 6 cans of food everyday. Drinking tons of water. 

We’re preparing a room to bring them all inside next.

Do cats allow you to touch their babies. I heard most animals don't

She does because she trusts us. But normally they are very wary of it.

But is it hard to build trust with cats, Im not really an animal person but I think cats are cute but scared to get one

Not at all. Give them food and space.
Let them come to you more than you go to them. Don’t make loud noises or jump scare them and almost any cat will come around to you.

If you get a kitten, it will probably imprint on you. That’s what this one did:

This is siren. She imprinted on me as a kitten cause we saved her life. 

She is attached to me. Follows me everywhere. Yells at me constantly.

And yes she responds to her name. ;)

But, if a cat doesnt want to come, it won’t respond to its name. They do what they want.
