strong agree. the design surface for channel focussed apps is under explored. we have useful building legos already with neynar, automod and openrank -- channel rankings and channel feeds are in a good spot. apps can further customize, curate and moderate channel users and feeds.

How can you identify reputable users within a community or channel?
- create channel specific power badges/user segmentation. incentivize good curation permissionlessly.

How to show better content/feeds? Which content should appear first?
- use channel feeds based on your own curated power users and their content (automod+openrank+neynar)

In current Farcaster, freedom of speech exists, but the distribution of information is not, with most traffic focused on early users.

Other blockchain ecosystems like Solana, Blast, definitely want their own social networks to control content distribution.

How to use channels to meet this need is a crucial growth point for Farcaster.

Well, I used automod, I’m thinking more regimented.

More like a reddit feed that allows for longer conversations to go on, over days for example. 

I would love to be able to customize my channel header, and I could really use sub channels for my community. We have different groups for education, trading, etc.
