I used to when I lived in Oregon. It was actually not that hard. The most challenging part is managing nutrients and keeping a really sterile environment to avoid pests like spider mites/etc.

been growing for 3-4 years and it seems quite tough like i do get decent harvests just nothing crazy id say compared to what you can buy locally and internationally
