For real. The other might be what happens when we die.

I lost my brother a few months ago and it’s made me think about that a lot.

I agree, if this was answered with certainty it would change humanity forever.

Another one that I think would change everything is knowing how to reverse aging

It's important yes , but I think more important is how much we know our selves ?
Our abilities, our feelings ? 
Are we equal in talent ? Geopolitics?
Parents?
Even the culture and financial condition that we born and growth up?
