The simplest solution is just to use an in-memory cache in your backend and until that isn’t feasible look into something like redis, etc.

Honestly, if you value maintainability go for Go or Rust, I find that once the initial effort are set, there’s not much issue with them. Also from a learning perspective, these languages usually have lesser abstraction and helps you to learn whats happening under the hood instead of giving you blackbox API

My honest opinion go find something that interests you perhaps cat image detection, etc. Try to replicate it in Python and throughout the process actively ask yourself what does this library do for you instead of just blindly using it

Use it for a small project the API is pretty nice and it’s portable across different runtimes too eg. Bun, Node, Deno, etc.
