Roasted Greek Lemon Potatoes 🔥🇬🇷 🍋🥔 3 Large baker’s potatoes (peeled & wedged) Mix together: 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup water 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon base 1/8 tsp garlic paste 1 tbsp oregano Generous salt & pepper • Bake in casserole dish • 375° x 2 hrs • Make sure there is enough sauce mixture to cover the bottom half of the potatoes • Cover in tin foil for first hour • Remove foil and stir potatoes after 1 hr. Put back in oven second hr. • Allow to cool a few minutes and serve with tzatziki.
