Has the meaning of "priority" changed for notifications? Seeing a lot more notifications from non-PB (and low-quality) users in my Priority tab

@dwr.eth @v I appreciate the efforts to move away from the Power Badge as the source of truth but my notifications have been wrecked with this change, still a bit too early I think

Can you share examples of bad notifications?

Here is an example: one comment spam with 3 check bot replies on the Priority tab:

hotmail bots copying replies from real users and faking tips is a pretty cool new trend I'm seeing lately 💩
