After the new tezos protocol update, I just staked more ꜩ 

I've been on tezos since cycle 360 (2021). Here it's my reward chart from delegation/staking. You can see where staking started (cycle 754).

Hi, I've been staking Tezos for some time now. With the changes announced, do I need to do anything or are the benefits automatic?

If you were staking, you don’t have to do anything more. Now rewards are higher for staking, so I had to stake some of the tezos I had on delegation!
