Today I am grateful for the power of Mountains to transform our lives

This is a shot from near the top of Longs Peak in Colorado. I climbed it many years ago and many pounds heavier than I am now.

This climb hardened me, softened me, humbled me, opened me, shaped me, and showed me who I wanted to become
