What is "dashi" again?! I need to look this up. My family loves mussels but I have only cooked them once in my life. 100 $DEGEN

They are pretty easy too cook! Just steam for a few min. Key to mussels is a ton of garlic and white wine imo. Dashi is a Japanese stock with a ton of flavor and that is easy to make. I think they sell instant Dashi too. https://www.seriouseats.com/dashi-japanese-stock
