Morning folks! I am not on here because by end of day I am unable to move even a fingerโฆ Project: Backyard revival is underwayโฆ๐ช๐ผ๐คช๐คช๐คช Who would have thought landscaping would be such backbreaking labor! Doing it in 95F doesnโt help. This week the temps should be in the low 80s, so now is the time to strike. Just put in an order for aggregate and compost to arrive early next weekโฆ

We did some landscaping a few years ago, hired contractors to do some stuff but did a lot ourselves too. Excited to see how itโll turn out!

So you know how much work it is! My body has been aching for days...but I am equally excited about the transformation - ANY transformation because I can't see survive one more summer looking at a dirt patch. I would need to hire someone to remove tree stumps etc..

Nice, we removed a lot of grass and put in bark/a pergola. Did a lot of the finishing work ourselves but hired someone to do most of the digging/building. This conversation is reminding me I need to get some more bark for the yard ๐

I can't even start what needs to be done, or you'll be still reading the list tomorrow...I was getting overwhelmed, but my husband reminded me to focus on Step1 - and only Step 1. Spring is definitely a good time to get stuff done!
