When you say "want to go back to do half-dome" you're not referring to free climbing it, right?!

nooo not free climbing, using the cables hahaha

Ropes, no ropes, it’s mind boggling to me. I once went to one of those tree climbing air suspended obstacle courses and discovered I actually developed fear of heights. As I was walking across the rope (secured of course) I broke out in cold sweats, felt dizzy…that was maybe 20 feet above the ground. 

So scaling a massive wall like half dome would be sheer terror 😬🙈

Yes!!!  Now that you mention it I guess it was an anxiety attack! 

Anyways, rock climbers have my utter respect, knowing just from having been to a rock climbing gym how intense climbing is, and how much full body strength it requires…I can say with confidence I wouldn’t last more than 15 seconds max..

Watching “The Alpinist” gave me anxiety as well, they should have a warning label 😆

hahah yeah one of my buddies dealt with that on some of the more intense hikes we did. Basically an anxiety attack and he had never had one before.

I don't have too much of an issue with heights as long as I've got something to hold onto hahah
