I plowed through it, but only had to come up with an income/expense sheet and download / gather all sorts of forms and hand it off to the accountant.

yeah that's mostly what I do as well, just breaking down different categories of income/expenses and what can be written off etc and then sending it to my accountant, still so much longer than folks who just work a day job haha

Ah ok (phew) 😆. I have been using Rocket Money (went on a free trial to get it done). Made it super easy and efficient, as it already categorizes most things from all the connected accounts for you. Are you using something like that?
