1/2 Warning. Rant inbound. I love Coinbase as a company. I love what they’ve done for the industry. I love how hard they’ve fought for regulations. But I am losing sleep over the terrible onboarding experience I’m forced to walk my merchant clients through. With a mission to onboard 1 billion people, the experience should be representative of the resources and clout the company has behind it. And the issues businesses are facing have nothing to do with the bad UX all of crypto faces. It’s simple product level bugs. - Prompting the user to log in, verifying email address, then circling back to the log in screen. Over and over. - Back buttons not working on the screen to get your addresses so you get stuck on the screen - The transfer button not showing up sometimes so you have to navigate through a maze of button clicks to figure out how to get your USDC address. - No clear path to withdrawal funds to your bank on mobile web. It’s only clear on the mobile app.

2/2 Shoutout to the merchants who have been patient with me. But when convincing an average person this technology is going to positively impact their lives and their business…this experience isn’t it. @coinbase @barmstrong
