Ya está ocurriendo con el mismo staking de ETH, que se puede re-stakear en varios protocolos incluso desde las L2. Lo importante es que las posibles L3-L4, mantengan la seguridad de ETH L1, la disminución del valor de las txs que tienen las L2, pero que tambien aporten un verdadero valor extra por el cual deberian crearse, y no sólo estar por el hecho de existir.
