By doing a party round where nobody has enough skin in the game you might end up affecting your own organization as nobody cares enough to battle together with you.

On the other hand if you just treat it as an initial capital injection and signal of confidence, and don't count on all the party members as warriors, any problem? Are you saying party rounds are no bueno ?

There are very few investors in this space that (A) care enough (B) have knowledge / experience; to battle in the trenches with their startups. If youāre lucky enough to have one of these few, take them however you can get them. IMO
