I made some Swedish gem cookies for a customer today! Typically we sell these during the holiday season, but it’s a super fun recipe, so why not?!Shortbread-type dough with eggs rolled in chopped walnuts, then you make a thumbprint in the middle and fill with homemade raspberry jam. 🍪 /yeschef
