Lido DAO community has proposed appointing Dolphin CL, LLC to secure legal counsel to respond to a class action lawsuit filed in California, with funding of 200,000 DAI requested. The court has deemed service of legal papers to Lido DAO valid and requires a response within 14 days to avoid a default judgment.
