**Desert Shards** Number two of the three pieces we are posting for the @refraction.lens X @lensprotocol fellowship. “Desert shards” was shot at the Trona Pinnacles in Death Valley, in the height of summer, the day time temperature exceeded 110+ degrees fahrenheit. While capturing images of mirrored portals the heat cracked them, creating “Desert Shards”. As the sunset, an other-worldly light gave the environment the surreal quality captured here.
