All DAOs are milking their treasuries dry in the meantime token holders have 0 power to stop this because all the power is held in a 3/5 multisign.

Who is working on fixing this? 

1 - split the upfront treasury/proceeds liberally and deep in time.
2- all multisigs should have some operator delegation (even if just ceremonial).
3- the DAO should break down into roles and narrow combinatorial voting
4- all token holders should have clear & free mobility through chains of roles

the biggest attention-grabbing DAOs have succeeded on vibes, and likewise some platforms have vibes driven by an eventual DAO event. not many have deliberately percolated through communities as a role-managing enterprise well before distribution. not many have committed to pure ragequit despite ICO-like entry. fewer have a longterm plan for longterm roles that earn asymmetric upside.

there should be some workable, thoughtful concentration of power for future DAOs.
