After intervals, I warm up with the dog. Today the intervals were hard. There are many reasons for this, but the main reason is myself. Didn't finish it before training. You need to diet and rest, but it doesn’t always work out. Although the second block of intervals worked with a bang. I touched what 3:10 is.
