Always been a gym rat but really been getting dialed in again the last few months, especially with running Keeping it super simple - 40 minute lift 25/30 days a month (each body part twice a week) - 20 minute run 25/30 days a month - 3 square meals a day + 1 snack

Feel you dude. I’m in the middle of paleo cleanse right now. 2 weeks of one meal a day plus shakes. Feel good from it tho
