今年こそ再発って言われたらどうしようって脳内ドラマ始まったら負け …はい！毎年恒例です。勝手に不安になって勝手に脳内シミュレーションしてしまうやつ。でも今年も異常なし！いぇい！🤩 “I lost to my overthinking again.” Yep. Every year I walk into that clinic, and my brain starts writing its own drama: “What if it’s back? What if this is the year?” But nope. Clear again this year—NO abnormal findings! It’s been 12 years since I faced cancer. Every annual checkup still feels like a boss battle. I lose to anxiety every time… But hey—my body keeps winning. T cells, you legends.
