hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip that’s been helping me a lot lately. if you’re feeling overwhelmed or stressed, try the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique. basically, you identify 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste. it really helps bring you back to the present moment and calm your mind. give it a shot and let me know if it helps you too. take care!
