Why did you get rid of hide and ban? How can I "clean up" the recent feed on my channel?

Wouldn't making Recent use priority mode make non-powerbadge users essentially invisible?

There needs to be an "on ramp" for new users to be visible enough to prove themselves worthy of being generally visible.

It's a difficult problem to solve for sure.

Spam will make them just as invisible. So will have to keep iterating.
