How do I get the power badge?

1. Cast enough stuff that people with the power badge find interesting enough to engage with.

Do all power badge users have the same weight in regards to how much power badge "juice" they bestow when they interact?

I'd assume so just because otherwise it would be needlessly complicated for no real clear benefit. I feel like more trusted users would passively have more power badges in their social graph so they'd be getting more "juice" through interactions that way (if that makes any sense)

Would be interesting to know though!
