eth has a big problem with really bad address formats where you dont know what chainid the thing you want to interact with is on this is also a problem of everything being so fragmented between various l2s and sidechains

there was an eip to change the default ethereum address format to something more cohesive that includes the chainid but i forgor what it was πŸ’€
