Gm☀️rning Sunday. Another year of failures led to the video below. Patience and being a pack rat paid off again! 🪲 Using Banodoco"s Steerable Motion I was able to achieve great results but it wasn't always this way. See below for the process 1/5👇

My first attempt at animating these, I created about 5000 of these bugs in Stable Diffusion. I then tried to train a StyleGAN 3 model. I had high hopes. The result was less than awesome. Next attempt below 2/5👇

After watching SG3 laugh in my face I tried my good old standby StyleGAN 2. This always works and it worked much better here. Still not super rad though. Then Runway Gen2 came out 3/5👇

Runway Gen2 was def the best. The little guy was cute, but the result was a slow moving camera and would need multiple shots. I love looping so this wasn't really the best option in my book. See the original dataset stills below 4/5👇
