Right, it makes sense if you guys had a dedicated QA Team. In our case, we guarantee QA on our developed features, so QA is like somewhere between DOING and InReview and it should only be considered DONE if that’s checked as well. Of course there is no silver bullet. Each team works the way it feels best to do so, but I like to trade experiences with others to see ways to improve.
