Today I had some free time so I decided to cook some Bucatini all’Amatriciana. It is, plain and simple, one of the greatest Italian dishes: simple yet divine. 580 g of bucatini 250 g of guanciale 8 San Marzano tomatoes 40 g of extra virgin 🫒 oil 6 g of 🧂 10 g of 🌶️ 200 g of Pecorino Romano 🧀
