The London Clock Tower or Big Ben is one of the famous symbols of London that attracts many tourists. This tower is 96 meters high. In 2012, its official name was changed to Elysian Tower. After the fire in the Palace of Westminster in 1834, during an architectural competition, this structure was designed and built a few years later. Its bell rang for the first time on May 31, 1859.
