Does this mean that if the post is not placed in the channel, even if it is not good, it is not spam?

Thank you, some new users get spammed quickly, my friend got spammed only 2 hours after joining, she didn't even leave 10 replies to anyone, you can check her.

the golden rule is - don't reply to people who don't find your comments helpful or posts in channels where the mods don't find your content interesting. 

a single bad post won't do anything, but if you keep repeating the behavior you'll get flagged as spammy.
