Allowance depends on how much you lock. If people lock up 100M tokens and you only lock 10k, you'll get 10k / 100M of the tip allowance pool, which is just a tiny share, that’s mean you get 500 daily allowance with 10k if total tokens lock 100M

Each account can only get a max tip allowance of 10k, regardless of how much they put in.
