Attention!

There is a discrepancy between the follower counts Warpcast shows and the data farther.social is using, so some tips are mistakenly getting rejected because of the 100 follower requirement.

I'm working on a fix, but for now I recommend only tipping users who have more than 200 followers to be safe, or you can manually check my data source here before tipping:

@farther , There is always a different follower count in warpcast API and neynar API. Normally, in Neynar, we can see bigger number in follower than in warpcast.

That's good if neynar is usually higher. Why would it ever be the reverse? 

And how frequently does it sync?

Usually it is higher than warpcast. But, most prob. it is less in neynar for some cases due to yesterday's issue with message propagation. I know some of the yesterday's old messages are still not yet synced. Messages also includes links (followers)
