A few minutes ago, while swapping ETH to Base ETH using uniswap, an unknown bridge somehow intervened and my transaction was hacked. My ETH was transferred to this wallet address instead:

0x5c7BCd6E7De5423a257D81B442095A1a6ced35C5

Can you please look into this and guide me on how to recover my funds? 😓
