asking people to help you with something or to do something for you goes a very long way vs. ordering them to do something for you... your word choices matter too... saying - "would you be able to do this?" vs. "do this now" can make all the difference... people like being asked rather than being told what to do... it's about how we make others feel! which would you rather be on the receiving end of? so the next time you need something, try asking kindly... you might be surprised at how willing people are to help...

💯 Seems like common sense to me, but I guess it isn't. Also. Sharing success. "We did it!" is so much better than "I did it!" Sometimes it is "I did it!", but often a group effort. Or even sharing failure, even if it isn't completely your "fault".
