He signed 70+ executive orders during the first month of presidency, much more than previous presidents, completely bypassed the regular legislative process.

IDK Trump seems very friendly to China as well. They are much tougher on Europe than on Rushia and China. as seen in their public statements and tariffs.

I assume, the thought process is to drive a wedge between China and Russia. Probability of that happening? I bet, is low.
