Core issues to solve in NFTfi: 1. Pricing (floor = flawed metric - inaccurate for non-floor, subject to manipulation, capital inefficient as collateral. 2. Liquidity (what comes first: liquidity, infra to deepen/sustain it or new NFTs? Low liquidity = poor liquidations, limited fin tools, low institutional presence)
